  • How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to cancel it, please contact us at notresecret225@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after this time frame.

  • How Do I Return or Exchange An Order?

All defective items except for the sales of the wonder leaves, cleansing teas, soaps, baillas, and oils are final due to the nature of the products. Please inspect all items upon receive. The customer has up to 7 days to return items and is responsible for shipping charges when returning replacement parts. We offer free returns on all defective items returned. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

  • When Will My Order Ship?

All of items are fresh and made to order. Items will ship within 48 hours of ordering however some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or US holidays. For orders placed on Sundays or holidays, processing will begin on the next business day.

  • How Do I Track My Order?
Numbers beginning with “9” can be used at USPS (www.usps.com). Please allow 24 hours before tracking information becomes active.
